Conversion

• Cardboard laminating workshop. This machine is used to laminate several sheets in order to produce a thicker sheet of cardboard (1.0 to 3.5 mm). It uses the reels from machine 2 to make pallets made of sheets only.
• Cardboard die-cut from reels. The Jagenberg machine can cut sheets from the machine 1 reels. Grammage between 150 and 350 gr/m².
• Cardboard die-cut made from double-ply sheets

The workshop has 2 automatic machines, ABC and GANDRIA (with feeder and palletiser) which cut the laminated sheets according to the client's specific dimensions.
